Order Processing Time: All orders are customised and made to order. Processing time is 1 business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Processing time may vary slightly during peak seasons or high order volumes.

Shipping Time: After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1–5 business days depending on your location. Metro cities may receive faster delivery than remote areas.

Delivery Locations: We ship across India and also offer international shipping to selected countries.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout. International shipping charges vary by destination and will be shown at checkout or shared after order confirmation.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

Delays: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Congo – For Every Occasion is not responsible for delays caused by courier partner issues, customs clearance (for international orders), weather conditions, natural disasters, or incorrect address provided by the customer.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. Congo is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the damaged product and outer packaging. After verification, we may arrange a replacement of the same product. No refunds will be provided.
