No Returns or Exchanges: All our products are custom-made and personalised. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled. We do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect details provided by the customer, or personal preferences after delivery. Because every item is created specifically for you, resale is not possible.

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any customised or personalised orders. Refunds will not be provided for minor variations in colour or design, spelling mistakes or incorrect details submitted by the customer, or delays caused by courier partners.

Damaged or Defective Product (During Shipping): If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the damaged product, photos of the outer packaging, and an unboxing video (if available). Once verified, we may arrange a replacement of the same product. No refunds will be issued. Replacement is subject to verification and approval by our team.

Proof Approval (If Applicable): If a design proof is shared and approved by the customer, Congo is not responsible for errors approved in the final design.
